William Lowden

William Lowden has been in the construction industry for over thirty years representing owners, developers and general contractors on a wide range of projects including industrial, commercial and residential buildings. He has helped develop management processes for large and small scale systems and refined management applications for several companies in the construction industry.

Educated as an Architect at Illinois Institute of Technology he has applied his understanding of design and architecture to construction management techniques increasing the level of understanding between the various professional members necessary to build the highest quality successful projects.

Mr. Lowden resides in New Lenox, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, is married with three children. Most of his immediate family is in or has a direct connection to the construction industry.

Robert Christlieb

Robert Christlieb has worked in development and construction for the past 17 years. Most of that time as a Construction/Development Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning & Public Policy from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a focus on Urban Design & Development.

Rob is a licensed contractor in Wisconsin, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and believes is sustainable construction processes and use of materials. Mr. Christlieb has worked on a numerous residential, commercial, adaptive reuse and historic projects.

As President of the Board of Directors for Milton House Museum, he lead the planning and construction of the recently completed restoration effort for this National Historic Landmark. He is also a Park Commissioner for the Town of Dunn where he resides. The Town of Dunn is considered one of the most progressive communities in the United States with its Farmland Preservation program.

Mr. Christlieb is married with a daughter and son and lives in a restored historic farm house.
